The angle of the wings are adjustable, but can't change during the run. This allows for changing track and weather conditions. Proper adjustment is needed to prevent unloading of the rear tires. All welds and tubing are inspected and certified every year. BODY »»»» MENU «««« The 2003 Uyehara body is made from light weight aluminum sheets and a fiberglass nose piece. Thought it looks like 1 peice, the body is made from 16 panels and a nose, each may be removed quickly and easily for maintenance. PAINT »»»» MENU «««« The body is painted with a light coating of blue-purple paint. From the cockpit forward, the design and sponsorship are a large 3 piece sticker covering from top to bottom. At the rear, all contingency sposors are company supplied stickers.
